この度は、D-SPAをご利用いただきありがとうございます。
お客様が快適に過ごせますように、また、セラピストがより質の高いサービスを提供できるように禁止事項の厳守をお願いしております。

下記の行為に当てはまる場合は、ただちにサービスを中止させていただきます。
その際の返金には一切応じかねますので、予めご了承ください。

悪質の場合には所轄の警察署に通報の上、以降の利用を一切お断りさせていただきます。また、顧問弁護士より正当な手段で損害賠償請求させていただきます。

◇当店は風俗店ではありません。法令及び公序良俗に反する行為、強要、要求を固　く禁止します。
◇セラピストへのボディタッチや品性の無い言動をする行為。
◇セラピストへの過度なサービスの強要。
◇施術中に紙ショーツを脱いで下半身を露出させる、または自慰行為など。
◇セラピストが危険と感じる、もしくは危害を加えられると感じる行為。
◇セラピストに対するストーカー行為、それに類する行為。
◇セラピストを店外へ誘い出す行為。
◇電話番号、メールアドレス、SNSなど個人情報を要求する行為。
◇各種カメラ機器による撮影、盗撮、盗聴などの行為。
◇セラピストの引き抜き、スカウト行為。（同業・他業問わず）
◇薬物の服用やセラピストへの強要行為。
◇ご利用時間が過ぎても退出を拒み居座る行為。
◇備品の盗難、故意による破損
◇その他、セラピストが施術の上で不適切であると判断される行為。

下記に当てはまる方のご利用はお断りさせていただきます。
１．18歳未満、または高校生
２．スカウト目的での来店
３．暴力団関係者、反社会勢力またはそれに準ずると思われる方
４．泥酔されている方
５．合法、非合法問わず薬物を使用している方
６．不衛生な方、またはそのように受け取れる方
７．その他当店でふさわしくないと判断した方

■ 注意事項

当店は癒し・リラクゼーションを目的としたメンズエステとなります。
回春マッサージや風俗的なサービスは一切ございません。
医療目的の按摩・マッサージ治療院ではございませんので予めご了承ください。


■ Prohibited Conduct

Thank you for choosing D-SPA.
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and to allow our therapists to provide high-quality service, we kindly ask that you strictly follow the rules below.

If any of the following actions occur, the session will be immediately terminated without refund.
In serious cases, we will report to the local authorities and permanently refuse further use of our services.
Legal action, including claims for damages through our legal representative, may also be taken.
• Our spa is not a sex-related establishment. Any behavior that violates laws or public decency, including coercion or inappropriate requests, is strictly prohibited.
• Any inappropriate physical contact or indecent language toward the therapist.
• Forcing excessive services on the therapist.
• Removing the paper underwear or exposing yourself, including any form of masturbation, during the session.
• Any behavior that makes the therapist feel unsafe or threatened.
• Stalking or similar behavior toward the therapist.
• Inviting the therapist outside the salon.
• Requesting personal contact details such as phone number, email, or social media accounts.
• Taking photos, videos, or recordings without permission.
• Attempting to recruit or scout the therapist for other businesses.
• Use of drugs or forcing such behavior on the therapist.
• Refusing to leave after the session ends.
• Theft or intentional damage of salon property.
• Any other behavior the therapist deems inappropriate during the session.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to the following individuals:
1. Those under 18 years old or currently attending high school
2. Individuals with scouting or recruiting purposes
3. Members of organized crime groups or those with suspected connections
4. Anyone under the influence of alcohol
5. Anyone using drugs, whether legal or illegal
6. Individuals with poor hygiene or those perceived as such
7. Anyone else deemed inappropriate for our salon

■ Additional Notes

D-SPA is a men’s relaxation salon focused on healing and well-being.
We do not offer any sexual services or erotic massage.
Please note that we are not a medical facility or therapeutic massage clinic.
